Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

By registering on ole388, you confirm and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are an individual human being and not a corporation, trust, or automated system.
• You are at least 21 years of age. Access to and use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. ole388 enforces this age restriction rigorously through its KYC process.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online wagering activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or contractor of ole388, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was suspended, blocked, or permanently closed as a result of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

To access the full range of Services on ole388, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions govern Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of funds held therein.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address — must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ole388 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Compromise: If you become aware that your Account credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ole388 support immediately at [email protected].
• Account Suspension: ole388 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or any conduct that ole388 determines to be harmful to the Platform, other Users, or the integrity of its Services.

All financial transactions on ole388 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the following channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP; and via e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise specified on the deposit page for a specific payment method.
• Deposits are typically credited to a User's Account within 5 minutes of successful payment confirmation. During periods of high transaction volume or scheduled bank maintenance, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Account dashboard. Requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single-transaction withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.000. Users wishing to withdraw larger amounts should contact support.
• Withdrawals will be remitted only to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the ole388 Account holder, consistent with KYC-verified identity documents. ole388 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal requests for Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be held pending submission of the required documentation.
• ole388 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular account activity.

ole388 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 100% first-deposit match bonus of up to Rp 20.000.000. This bonus is available once per Account and once per household/IP address. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rp 50.000.
• Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a 10× (ten times) wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 500.000 bonus requires Rp 5.000.000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• Eligible Games: Wagering requirements may be fulfilled across all slots, live casino table games, and sports betting markets unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Bets placed on certain high-RTP games or specific market types may be excluded or may contribute at a reduced rate — these exclusions will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date of credit unless the specific promotion states a different expiry period. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse and Fraud: ole388 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy determined by ole388 to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Accounts found to be systematically abusing the bonus programme may be restricted from future promotions or have their Accounts closed.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any time.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the ole388 Platform:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. ole388 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances where a market is voided in accordance with the applicable sport or game rules.
• ole388 reserves the right to void any bet or gaming outcome that was placed or resulted from a technical error, incorrect odds, or system malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account.
• All RNG-powered games, including slots, virtual table games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, operate using certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Live sports betting odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the tim e of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface and may be updated periodically. ole388 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout available to any individual User at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet result, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, the BRI Liga 1 match commissioner, or the live dealer studio operator) shall be final, subject to ole388's internal review process.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets combining multiple match outcomes: if one or more selections within the accumulator are voided, the bet is recalculated using the remaining valid selections. A single-selection accumulator resulting from voids is settled as a single bet at the remaining odds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ole388 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any alias, for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the Platform, or interact with any Service in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Users who identify an error must report it to support immediately and refrain from placing further bets until the error is resolved.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, or sharing Account credentials with another individual for any purpose.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward ole388 staff or other Platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any component of the Platform's technical infrastructure.

ole388 is required to verify the identity of all Account holders as part of its commitment to security, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming. The KYC process operates as follows:

• Required Documents: Users will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or passport) and, where required, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days). Additional documentation may be requested at ole388's discretion.
• Timing: KYC verification is required before processing any withdrawal request and may be requested at any point during an Account's lifetime, including shortly after registration.
• Processing Time: Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 hours of document submission during business days (WIB). Complex cases may take up to 72 hours.
• Age Verification: Age verification is a mandatory component of KYC. Users who cannot confirm that they are aged 21 or older will have their Accounts permanently closed and any deposits made will be returned, minus any amounts already wagered.
• Data Handling: All KYC documents are stored securely and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

ole388 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Users are reminded that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a reliable source of income, and should always be conducted within personal financial means.

• ole388 provides voluntary deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools accessible directly from the Account dashboard.
• Users who wish to take a break from the Platform may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected].
• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, the Account will be restricted and the User will not receive any marketing communications from ole388.
• All users must be aged 21 or older. ole388 employs technical and procedural safeguards to prevent underage access and takes this obligation extremely seriously.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, ole388 and its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its Services, including interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to a technical error or data feed failure.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, even if ole388 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit ole388's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on the ole388 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ole388 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ole388. Unauthorized use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the Platform operator's licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a User and ole388 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, the parties agree to attempt resolution through binding arbitration before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Users may initiate a dispute by contacting ole388 at [email protected] with a written description of the issue, the relief sought, and all relevant supporting information.

ole388 does not warrant that use of the Platform is appropriate, lawful, or available in any particular jurisdiction. Users who choose to access the Platform from locations outside of ole388's served markets do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

ole388 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be published on this page with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

Where amendments are material in nature — for example, changes that affect User rights regarding withdrawals, bonus eligibility, or Account closure — ole388 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on a User's Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.
